Warehouse & dispatch

This system manages picking, packing and the dispatch form. It does not know anything about the condition of what it ships — none of the three forms has a field for it. When a dispatch form is ready, it is sent to PharmaServ Express (VaxTag), which returns a dispatch order number and a QR code for the package.

What to do

  1. Open Dispatch forms and pick the one for the Marikina → Cebu run.
  2. Press Create dispatch order in VaxTag. The webhook fires and a real DO-DDMM-YYYY-NNNN comes back with a QR code.
  3. Print the QR on the package. The delivery agent scans it with any phone camera.
  4. Press Refresh delivery status later to read the whole journey back.
